We continue our sneak peek into our production facility. Laitram uses the most advanced technology and highly-trained personnel to design and manufacture our equipment. After laser cutting, our process continues using a state-of-the-art Bystronic press brake. The Bystronic transforms 2D stainless steel laser-cut part blanks into custom-designed 3D, finished parts. By utilizing 'just-in-time' manufacturing practices to fabricate parts, we minimize work-in-process (WIP) and maximize our shop floor utilization.
