Laitram is proud to announce our newest CoolSteam hazelnut validated system at George Packing Company! George Packing Company began in 1993 and has since grown to be the Northwest's premier hazelnut processor. With a continued emphasis on sustainable growth, George Packing Company has adopted the CoolSteam pasteurization system. The pasteurization system utilizes an organic, gentle process guaranteed to maintain the integrity and quality of the natural product, but powerful enough to achieve a 5log+ kill every time.
